Didn't Get Enough

Didn't Get Enough

“The mountains are calling and I must go.”
— John Muir

I know I just posted pictures from my trip to Broken Top Mountain in my last post, but it wasn't enough. I needed more of this place!

Before I get to those, there is something I forgot to post back in July that I think you all will enjoy. You know my star time-lapse idea? I took another one and didn't edit it because I didn't like how it turned out. Then, a few days later I changed my mind and put in hours and hours of editing to make it alright. (Note, it is not HD)

With that: StarLapse #4

Also, a few weeks ago I had the incredible opportunity to be invited to my friends farm to go hay sledding!! What a unique thing that was!

You literally just sled down a hill on cardboard. It's amazing.

Last time I did Broken Top I drove to a different starting point for the hike. I ended up doing about ten miles that night, though the trail from there is only eight. This time I went with Nick and we started at Todd Lake; roughly 14 miles round trip (though we probably did 15 or 16), with about 2,000 feet elevation gain. It was certainly difficult to my unseasoned legs.
